Overview
What is a clinic?
A clinic is an hour-and-a-half, on-field skill session run by Advantage Flag League coaches. Think of it as practice with a purpose: a chance for your player to work on the basics before the season starts, in a low-pressure setting with kids in their division.
Clinics are optional and priced separately from season registration. They're not required to play, and your team placement isn't affected by whether you attend.
Audience
Who is it for?
- First-time players who want to learn the rules and try the basics before opening night.
- Returning players looking to shake off the rust and get back into football shape.
- Anyone who wants more reps: quarterbacks, receivers, defenders, all positions.
Format
What to expect
- An hour and a half on the field, broken into warm-ups, position-specific drills, and short scrimmages.
- Run by AFL coaches and crew, the same folks you'll see all season.
- Grouped by age and division so the drills match your player's level.
